Caterers of Vail have been operating in the Vail Valley area since 2007.

Owned and operated by executive chef Barry Robinson, Caterers of Vail has been bringing a complete culinary experience to all clients from all walks of life.

Chef Barry has been a professional chef since 1984. Barry began his chef career in Australia working in the pastry field at the Hilton Hotel, Melbourne. Then being offered a position in  Europe at the Burg Hotel in Lech, Austria www.burghotel-lech.com, as their pastry chef. Barry has spent his career travelling between Europe, Asia, Australia and Colorado developing his complete skills in the culinary arts.

Being the owner and chef, Barry’s commitment to detail and being the chef that prepares all of the foods his clients receive, you can be completely confident in your thoughts that you are getting the very best.

Barry was employed in Australia by Vail Resorts to operate their Game Creek Club private members operations in 1998, www.gamecreekclub.com. During this time Barry was chosen to have the responsibility to cook for guests in the private chalet including Hollywood stars, Famous Musicians, Wall Street CEO’s, etc. Also during his time with Vail resorts, before finishing his time, Barry teamed up with the Game Creek Club to win the Colorado lamb cook off held in Vail 3 years in a row.

Now located at The Antlers at Vail condominiums,www.antlersvail.com. Caterers of Vail caterers to many weddings at The Donovan Pavilion, 9 weddings total 2013. Our kitchen is only ¼ mile from The Donovan Pavilion and is perfectly located to provide all services for your wedding celebrations. Working with The Antlers we also provide Pool side cocktail parties and an affordable alternative for receptions and rehearsal dinners, compared to more expensive venues available.

Finally, we invite all potential clients to offer our no obligation free tasting to have the opportunity to see and taste first-hand the professional service and food you wish to have for your event. As well as the new plate setting we offer included in your per person cost, so you don’t have to go above and beyond your expenses. This extra expense you can save on and apply it to something else like beverages, flowers etc.
